Coming Soon: Soft Star's First Print Issue

Get excited! Soft Star Magazine will be available in print this fall

Hi everyone!

I am so excited to announce that Soft Star Magazine’s inaugural print issue will be available later this fall! I always hoped to public a print magazine as a companion to this Substack newsletter. Over the past few weeks, I have received so many exciting submissions and have been so warmly received by the online writing and literary magazine community that I decided it’s time to start designing that first print issue.

Issue One will include all of the writing submissions that have been published so far on Soft Star, plus future pieces that will be published online as we move into the fall. It will also contain visual art exclusive to the print issue. I plan to offer both physical and PDF versions of the issue, and contributors will receive free copies of the print issue as a thank-you gift for sharing their talents.

Soft Star readers: keep following along for updates over the next few months! Writers and artists hoping to contribute: for now, all successful submissions will be eligible for inclusion in the first print issue. I will eventually set a cut-off date for Issue One, after which successful submissions will be eligible for Issue Two.
